Bttn+ Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Bttn+, a mobile application operated by Storybutton Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Bttn+, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our app.

2. Use of the App

• Eligibility: By using Bttn+, you affirm that you are at least 13 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian if you are under 13.

You agree not to use Bttn+ to:

• Engage in any activity that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or servers or networks connected to the app.

4. Intellectual Property

All content available on Bttn+, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Storybutton Inc or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the app without the express written permission of Storybutton Inc.

5. Purchases and Payments

• In-App Purchases: Bttn+ may offer digital content, subscriptions, or other services for purchase within the app. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise determined by us.
• Payment Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the app.

6. Privacy

7. Termination

Bttn+ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Storybutton Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use Bttn+; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from Bttn+; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through Bttn+ by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through Bttn+; and/or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Storybutton Inc is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
