At Storybutton, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 60-day return policy from the date of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return your item.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Return Process

  2. Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@storybutton.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Warranty Policy:

  • Storybutton is backed by a 1-year limited warranty, starting from the date of purchase, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions encountered during normal use of the product. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • If your Storybutton is found to be defective or malfunctions within the warranty period, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We will either repair or replace the defective product at our discretion.
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. Proof of purchase may be required to claim warranty service.
  • Any repairs or replacements made under warranty will not extend the original warranty period.
  • This warranty is subject to applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
