If the product is returned damaged, incomplete, or not in its original packaging, this may result in a reduction of your refund to account for loss in value, or your return may be made available for your collection without a refund. Storybutton will cover the cost of your return and will confirm arrangements when you apply for your return. Ensure the shipping packaging is adequate to prevent damage during transport.
