Storybutton devices can be returned within 60 days of purchase, for any reason.


The product must be undamaged, in its original packaging, and with all the original contents included. Return procedures may vary by region (details below). Orders placed with third-party retailers, including Amazon, must be returned via the retailer.

*Kickstarter orders do not qualify for a refund.

Returns Process

Contact us using the form on this page, and we'll arrange the best return procedure based on your type of return, location, and circumstances. Please note that you will need a printer to print the return label that we will email to you.

Ensure you include your order number with your returned parcel.
Send the parcel, packaged to prevent damage, from your local Post Office.

Once we receive the product, and if the item is in satisfactory condition, we will refund your original payment method within 5 business days. If the product is returned damaged, incomplete, or not in its original packaging, this may result in a reduction of your refund to account for loss in value, or your return may be made available for your collection without a refund. Storybutton will cover the cost of your return and will confirm arrangements when you apply for your return. Ensure the shipping packaging is adequate to prevent damage during transport.

We advise you to keep a copy of your shipping documents (proof of postage) until your refund has been processed.

If you made a purchase from Amazon, please follow the instructions outlined in your Amazon account.

If you purchased your items from another retailer, online or in-store, you must return your product to the original point of purchase. Different retailers have distinct return policies, so make sure to check them.
