Shipping Policy:
- Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days from the date of order processing. 10-14 days to Canada.
- Additional charges may apply for orders outside the United States or for expedited shipping options.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Return Policy:
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization and further instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment, minus any shipping fees if applicable.
- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
Chargers
Only 5V usb-c chargers are compatible with StorybuttonGo. Please use a compatible charger to avoid any issues with charging or device functionality.

What content comes included with StorybuttonGo?
When you buy a StorybuttonGo, it comes preloaded with adfree versions of Miles the Brave, Pixel Quest, Treasure Galaxy, Critter Protectors, Oomi, Camp Scuba, Petra the Protector, Wilder Dreams, Rescued and Spyology Squad.
How do I add more content?
StorybuttonGo is compatible with most micro SD Cards. We include an sd card to USB-C adapter so that you can add your mp3 files onto the sd card.
We also recognize that this can be difficult for most users, so we built the Storybutton App (coming soon), so that you can download your favorite podcasts onto the card in 3 clicks. There is also an audio editing tool in the app to remove any ads from your favorite podcasts. The Storybutton App is optional for $3.99/mo.
What does the Storybutton App do?
The Storybutton App (coming soon), allows you to easily download any podcast, remove their ads, and upload the mp3 episodes to your StorybuttonGo in 3 clicks.
How do kids listen — speaker, earbuds, or Bluetooth?
All three. There is a built-in speaker, a 3.5mm jack for the included wired earbuds, and Bluetooth to pair headphones or our Bedside Speaker. No wifi is needed for any of them.
